Alright so you want to know how to install adobe flash player for your lubuntu? to install flash player/plugin on lubuntu is the same like on ubuntu, use the apt-get install <package name> to download it from the repository.
The package called flashplugin-installer, so just open the command line terminal and then type :
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer
You will be asking for password (root password) and make sure your computer connected to the internet, otherwise this won't work.
