If your keyboard is broken but you still want to type something, you can use on screen virtual keyboard. There is a virtual keyboard program on lubuntu called 'onboard', in this article i will show you how to install virtual keyboard on lubuntu 16.04.
How to install Virtual Keyboard on Lubuntu 16.04
- open command line/terminal on lubuntu
- run update command
sudo apt-get updatesudo apt-get install onboard
Once installed you can run onboard from lubuntu start menu > Universal Access > Onboard. And here's what onboard look like:
