Alright, in this article i will show you how to use bluetooth connection on lubuntu, it's pretty simple, no need command line prompt to do this, everything is handle by a graphical interface.
Lubuntu 14.04 LTS comes with a bluetooth manager which will take care of bluetooth devices that connected to the computer.
You can find the bluetooth manager from start menu > Preferences > Bluetooth Manager, should look like this:
Make sure on your device the bluetooth setting is visible to all other devices, so that bluetooth manager on lubuntu can see your devices.
On bluetooth manager, press the search button to discover more devices, once you found one that you want to connect, press right click on it and then select "Add Device".
After you add the device, you can pair the device, right click again and then select "Pair", enter pin on lubuntu and on the device also (same pin).
Once paired you can do pretty much anything, send files, browse files, use the internet connection on the device (bluetooth tethering).
